Very impressed with the packaging, everything was wrapped, labeled, and placed in a crate. The quality looks good also.

I should say I have not commenced assembly yet but to date my experience with Alex at Shandong Huayue has been nothing short of exceptional! From my very first enquiry through a long pre-order process involving Alex and the SH engineers working brilliantly to resolve a few custom requirements, the service I have received has been beyond reproach. This was my first experience of purchasing through Alibaba and/or any Chinese supplier, I had a little trepidation at first with my over $10k order but so far at least I need not have worried. My kit all arrived last week, yesterday I started un-crating and was very pleased to see everything extremely well packed and labelled, full test and QA certification, parts list, assembly manuals etc. I hope to assemble my 2 x 10 panel trackers in the next week or two but based upon my experience to date I expect no issues at all, and if I do have any I am fully confident these will be dealt with speedily by Alex and his colleagues.
